FEral

Feral is a 40ft double ended sloop. She has won many races in her life and many of those races were before my life started! She has a modern hull design (kind of) but is very traditional above the water line. So traditional in fact that the 'head' (marine toilet) is a porta-potty!  Other than nav lights we will be using oil lamps just like the old days!

Captain   Dan

Captain Dan is a United States Coast Guard certified Master Mariner Sailing Captain and certified sailing instructor with over 30 years experience.

Not only that- he lives to sail. His passion for the water and sailing is contagious. 

Currently Captain Dan splits the year between the San Francisco Bay Area and Puerto Rico.  Sali the Seaworthy dog accompanies Dan on all of his adventures.

50-Ton USCG Master 
US Sailing Certified Sailing Instructor
Started sailing at 11 years in a sailing program provided by Gov. King, St Croix USVI.
